to the privacy and well-being of its clients; for such reasons and in compliance with the provisions of Peruvian Law No. 29733 – “Personal Data Protection Law” and its Regulations – Supreme Decree No. 003-2013 JUS, and Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR (“The Regulations”), as well as its complementary, modifying and/or any other regulations, has adopted the necessary confidentiality and security measures so that the information provided to us and/or to which we have access is conveniently and permanently protected, as follows:
Personal Data Protection
All information that allows you to be identified or identifiable by any means, such as your first and last names, ID document(s), address(es), email address(es), and telephone number(s). This definition includes sensitive "DATA" that refers to your health status, income, employment, property, immigration, and credit card information, among others, as well as information related to physical and/or behavioral characteristics that identify you or make you identifiable, such as your fingerprint, biometric data, or others. In this sense, "DATA" will be used interchangeably for both definitions.
Personal Data Processing
If any client gives us their free, prior, express and informed consent, “THE DATA” will be processed by “THE AGENCY” for the following purposes: a) To offer you products and/or services of egressive, inbound and corporate tourism, incentive trips and others that may be related, including through national and/or foreign third parties, which could mean the transfer of your information outside the country, being able to send you communications and information related to the aforementioned matters, through its different channels; b) To share, deliver, order, transfer and/or transfer “THE DATA” to tourism operating companies, airlines, hotels, linked third parties, suppliers and business partners, within or outside the country.
Effects Of Refusal Of Consent
If any client does not authorize the processing of their data, "THE AGENCY" will be prevented from processing them for the purposes described above and may only do so for the execution of the contracts entered into with them, either directly or through national and/or foreign third parties. Once the contractual relationship has ended, "THE DATA" will be retained by "THE AGENCY" until the periods required by the regulations applicable to companies in the Financial System.
Consent: In accordance with the provisions of Peruvian Law No. 29733 – “Personal Data Protection Law” and its Regulations – Supreme Decree No. 003-2013 JUS, and Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR (“The Regulations”), clients declare that they have been informed, unequivocally, about its content and scope, and therefore authorize that the personal data recorded in the attached form, as well as those obtained by virtue of their relationship with “THE AGENCY”, including their image and electronic signature, be filed in the Database of “THE AGENCY” or others that comply with the security measures required by the regulations on the matter and be processed by “THE AGENCY” and/or by natural and/or legal persons to whom it delegates or entrusts. In this regard, "THE AGENCY" and/or the natural and/or legal persons to whom it delegates or assigns the processing of such data may process such data for the following purposes: a) To carry out the relationship with the data subject; b) For statistical and/or research purposes; c) For commercial, marketing, and/or sending advertising and information about products and services. The data will be processed for as long as it is deemed necessary for the stated purposes.
Likewise, they will record that "THE AGENCY" guarantees the exercise of their right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition and any other rights provided for, in accordance with the regulations on the matter, by requesting it, in writing, to the following email address:
